***Message from the Pastor***
My dear friends, brothers and sisters of St. Anthony Parish:
This is just a humble gesture of reaching out to each and everyone of you fraternally and to cheer you up in Christ at this most difficult time in conjunction with the spread of the pandemic Covid-19 virus. As we all know, this is really hard for all of us, humanly speaking, to be completely socially distanced; hurting our freedom of mobility and togetherness. But for fighting this unprecedented virus that is creating havoc in the country and the world, let us join together with the Holy Father, our Bishop, and the governments at the federal and state levels as one family, shouldering our heads and hearts, keeping our absolute trust in God. Pray intensely so that the Good Lord may rescue us. Let us hope for the new dawn of a weekend to be together again to worship and praise the Lord
I assure you all that I am saying private masses every day and praying for all of you. Please, kindly keep me in your prayers as well. I terribly miss all of you at this time; particularly at the weekend when I say the mass looking at the empty pews.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Bishop Spalding has set forth a decree effective immediately dispensing all of the faithful from the obligation of Sunday mass thru April 3, 2020. He also instructed that all other public gatherings including CCD, retreats, etc. be cancelled through this same date, April 3, 2020. Effective today through April 3, 2020 at St. Anthony there will be no daily mass, no Saturday evening mass, no Sunday mass, no Penance Service, no parish retreat, and no CCD classes. There will be no Confirmation retreat during this time frame. During this time we will await further instruction from the Diocese as to how we will finish out the remainder of the CCD school year as well as administer the Sacraments of Confirmation and First Communion. Please help spread the word to fellow parishioners. Thank you!
